Founder & Director

After more than 25 years working in senior roles within large hospitality businesses, in 2024, I decided it was time to take everything I’d learned and create something of my own. That’s how Three Trees Learning & Development was born - with the aim of helping a wide range of organisations unlock the potential of their people and build stronger, more confident teams.

I live in beautiful Devon with my family and our two lively spaniels, who keep me on my toes when I’m not working! That balance of home life and professional experience has shaped the way I approach my work - combining creativity, energy and pragmatism with a genuine understanding of people and what makes teams thrive.

At the heart of my approach is partnership. I love working closely with clients to design training that’s practical, sustainable and tailored to their culture - making sure it not only inspires in the moment but creates real, lasting impact.
