Working with Lucy was really rewarding. Her attention to detail and clear vision inspired me to have more confidence. I felt supported and motivated to do my best work.”

We specialise in learning and development solutions across the hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors.

A recent project with Outside Devon in Kingsbridge, showcased how these areas can come together. With a café, farmers’ market, and pottery studio all under one roof, the business needed clear and consistent ways to connect its team.

We worked with them to create a shared set of values that unite the team across every part of the business. These were launched in July 2025 through an engaging team workshop, supported by practical tools to embed the values day-to-day.

“Lucy has been an invaluable support to us, as her depth of experience and understanding of the hospitality industry has really helped us to establish a better staff culture and onboarding process and develop staff relationships and roles and expectation in our workplace.

It has been really important to have a sounding board outside of the business as we establish ourselves as a relatively new business.”
